Jasper Photography Tour

The Jasper photography tour is centred around the iconic Jasper National Park. Based in the town of Jasper, we will be exploring various locations within the National park. The group consists between 3-8 people, giving us flexibility and ample time to explore the world class sites on show.

Jasper

Jasper is a railroad town located in Alberta, Canada. Although it is a small mountain town, and far more isolated than its bigger brother Banff, it is arguably more impressive. Jasper is home to an overwhelming number of “instagram famous” photographs that you really do have to see to believe. There is an abundance of wildlife in and around Jasper National Park that will not only take your breath away, but do tend to make for some impressive photo opportunities. If up-close wildlife, glowing blue lakes, and staggering Rocky mountains sound like something you need to see, then don’t hesitate and book your Jasper Photography tour now!

Itinerary

Day 1 – We will meet in Edmonton and make our way to Jasper National Park. Once arrived, we will get settled into our accommodation, and you will have some time to explore the town. In the evening we will head back out and capture our first sunset.

Day 2 – Today we begin early to catch our first sunrise.  Once we have captured what we’re after, it’s time for breakfast, a quick photo review session, and then some down town before our sunset shoot later in the evening.

Day 3 – Once again we will be up to shoot the sunrise. After the sunrise shoot you will have the option for some down time, or a wildlife drive. It is not uncommon to witness Elk, deer, bears and even wolfs (if we’re lucky) to name a few. After this we will begin preparing to set out for our sunset location of the day.

Day 4 – On our last morning together we will be up for a sunrise shoot one last time. Following this, we will review some of our trip photos over breakfast. You will have some down time before we make our way back to Edmonton in the afternoon.

Shoot Locations – Here is a list of the potential viewing  locations on the tour. We will change up the locations all depending on the weather forecast, so that you can come away with the best possible photographs.

Pyramid Lake, Maligne Lake, Valley Of Five Lakes, Medicine Lake, Athabasca Falls, Lake Edith, Lake Annette, and Maligne Canyon.
