This Causeway Coast photography tour takes place on one of the most beautiful coastline’s in all of Ireland. Prepare yourself for hidden Castles and ancient landscapes with a backdrop of the ruthless Atlantics’ crashing waves.

The Causeway Coast tour, located in beautiful Northern Ireland, will have three adventure-packed days to explore many of the mystic locations it has to offer.
What To Expect
On this Causeway Coast photography tour we will go beyond your expectations to capture those perfect picturesque moments. In order to miss the typical crowds we will be on the road before Sunrise, and with a bit of luck, capture that golden light while taking in our magnificent location. In the evenings we will be out shooting Sunset in yet another bucket-list location. The tour usually has between 3-6 participants. These small group sizes allow us to hit all the special locations that most commercial tours can’t. Brace yourself for adventure packed days containing all the charm Ireland has to offer.
Who Is It For
This tour is for the adventurous among us; for the people who crave getting outside and exploring incredible locations. It’s for people who want to experience Irish culture and have a bit of craic* doing so. This tour is for both photographers and non-photographers; everyone involved will take something away from this experience.
*Craic: fun and entertainment, especially good conversation and company (often preceded by the): Come for the beer, lads, and stay for the craic!
ITINERARY
Day 1 – We will meet in Belfast (or another suitable location). From here we will travel to the Causeway Coast, check into our accommodation, and go explore our sunset location; Murlough Bay. Murlogh is considered by many as the most beautiful bay along the coast. It is somewhat of a hidden treasure, as the roads leading to it are not suitable for large vehicles.
Day 2 – We will start early in order to catch sunrise at the Dark Hedges. The Hedges were made famous in the television series, Game Of Thrones. Once we have our iconic photo (and the busses of people start pulling in), we will depart to enjoy breakfast, explore the local area, go over our shots and get ready for our sunset location; The enchanting, ruined, Kinbane Head.
Day – 3 We will be shooting sunrise at the world famous UNESCO world heritage site, Giants Causeway. Proceeding this will be breakfast and some down time. If there is enough group interest, we can take trip to The Bushmills Distillery before our sunset shoot at Dunluce Castle.
Day -4 On our last day together we will get up to catch the sunrise a final time. Following this will be breakfast and a drive back to Belfast.
On The Tour
So, whats included on the tour? – Three nights of accommodation at various locations (this trip is based on single occupancy rooms).
Transport is provided during the tour; pick-up and drop-off locations can be discussed prior to the trip.
Guidance on photography to help you capture memories that will last a lifetime.
Whats Not included on the tour?
-Flights are not included.
-Food & Drink are not included in the price, but many of the hotels offer complimentary breakfast.
-Travel Insurance; all participants are required to have their own travel insurance prior to arrival.
-Camera and tripod.
What to Bring? –
Warm and waterproof clothes!!! Ireland can be unpredictable at the best of times. Good footwear is also recommended for this trip as we will be trekking through some adventurous ground. Camera, preferably with manual mode. Tripod for long exposures. Camera filters are an advantage, as they will give you more options to get creative with your photography.
Costs
The cost of the tour is $1230 USD. A deposit of $600 is required to hold your place. Full payment is required 60 days before the tour.
Cancellation – If you cancel the tour 90 days in advance, you will receive a refund of your payment, excluding the $80 admin fee.
The full payment is non-refundable. However, if we find someone to take your place we will refund your payment, excluding the $80 Admin fee.
* If we do not have the required numbers to run the tour, we reserve the right to cancel up to 60 days in advance. We will refund your deposit, but you must have travel insurance to cover any travel expenses you may incur.
