Our background

Growing up on a small farm in rural Ireland, it provided me with a wonderful opportunity to connect with the outdoors from an early age. Surrounded by the many fields, rivers and bogs, the lure of adventure was never far away, with countless evenings, weekends and summer holidays spent exploring my countryside playground by myself (and occasionally with my brothers & cousins). Fast-forward a few years and I’m still trying to find that sense of adventure, although now my terrain has become a bit more rugged and challenging, to say the least.

Having always had an interest in photography, it wasn’t until 2015 whilst exploring the Canadian Rockies that this interest started to develop. While traveling deeper and deeper into the mountains, I found myself at every opportunity reaching for the camera and by the time the adventure was over, I was hooked to my camera and of course the Rockies. Now back in Ireland, I have made it my mission to explore the hidden and not so hidden gems on this little island and sounding countries. So, if you would like to join my photography journey, please let me know….

We do the best for all of our clients.

Our tours are centred around our clients. Our group sizes are small. This allows us to make changes on the go, we can go to different locations if the weather is not in our favour at a certain location.

See locations that not everyone gets to see. We pride ourselves on getting off the beaten track and bringing you to the best locations that Ireland & Canada have to offer.

Hey I’m Karl Lee. I’m originally from Ireland but sometime during 2014 I found myself making my way across the Atlantic Ocean and now find myself living in Alberta Canada, a place I am happy to now call home.

I have a passion for photography and for capturing the magic moments that happen in the world around us. I love to work with natural light and being outdoors with my camera at silly o clock when normal people are catching much needed sleep. It didn’t take me long to realize that the best time of day to shoot anything is in the early and late hours whether it be shooting a landscape or some automotive work or friends out hiking.

Living in Alberta means I am very close to the Canadian Rockies and although they are getting busier year after year I still find that 90% of the Rockies are untouched and that’s where I like to get lost in my downtime.  I am lucky to live so close to such amazing and varied landscapes.
